That release is a Customs fee and not related to BIB. You're right to point out that the fee request didn't come from the police but the point is that it isn't a Customs fee either, that is the scam.

The New Life Ministries church with more than a hundred praying for deliverence was raided by the Thai police in BKK last week for drug and overstay was 100% Nigerian, this guy probably one of the flock, desperate to spread the faith When i worked in Nigeria a few years ago. i would see them all at church to attend the sunday morning mass and then they would leave the church and go to the nearest cybercafe to check how their scams were progressing.
loongdavid
I see the crosses are erected and white hoods firmly pulled on heads Well, that statement appears just as ridiculous as those to which you refer. However, it would be very interesting to know just how many Nigerians come to Thailand as genuine tourists. And why do we never hear the end result from the BIB or the courts e.g. Nigerian sentenced to 5 years for scamming?

Emster23
Those women who got scammed in real need of education, and sounds like they got one. EyesWideOpen
After watching Nigerians completely trash lower Sukumvit, it is a sad trend to see them start showing up here. Alwyn
Oh the irony.... In a country where the women (not all of them but then not all Nigerians are scammers) have got the scamming and fleecing of Farang off to a fine art and these's this character returning the compliment!!

We also see in the news many times about U.S., Europe, Australia or UK citizens being arrested as pedofiles - by your logic, does that mean everyone from these countries are pedofiles?
