Cebu Pacific sale - ends Sunday 30 Nov

Featured Replies

Cebu Pacific is a Manila-based LCC. They have begun flights to Oz in the last year - Sydney only.

Special is for flights up to Nov 2015. Good prices if you don't mind the squeeze - one-way MNL - BKK for 1 Peso + P2700 (B2000) taxes. (100 Pesos is worth 73 Baht atm.)

I have booked one-way SYD - BKK for $160, no luggage and no food. + $25 to choose decent seats. I had to do two separate bookings to get that price, which means a 12 hour transit in Manila to allow for flight delays. And with Manila airport consistently voted one of the world's worst, it will be an "adventure". Some enjoy that, some prefer direct business class flights. Your choice.

Apparently you get free seat selection when you do web check-in, but flying on "the most densely packed A330-300 in the world", I didn't want to risk ending up in a centre seat.

No, but I'm sure there will be some leftovers in the rubbish bin. laugh.png

You are not of the tightarse persuasion I take it.

Are they selling standing only tickets too? by the look of it I think yes...

I must have just missed it because all the flights are 12,123 pesos each way now. That's not cheap at all. Thanks.
