InsidiousReaction
In May of this year I received a 12/15 month Non O Immigrant visa being married to a Thai. Due to various domestic problems we were experiencing, we decided a trial separation would be beneficial to both of us. This month, my wife remained in her own town house whilst I am residing elsewhere and of course I continue to look after her financially. My question is, what would be best for me as far as visas are concerned. Continue my stay here on my current visa (still legally married to a Thai) or apply for a tourist visa? Lite Beer
I would stay as you are while your Visa is still valid. If you got it May last year it should be used now.
InsidiousReaction
Apologies Lite Beer, I have amended my post. Should read 'May of this year'. I will continue with my current valid visa. Thanks.
ubonjoe
Do have a multiple entry non-o visa or an extension of stay from immigration (it is not a visa)?

InsidiousReaction
Thank you both. I have one further question. I will need to action a further 90 day visa run in February of next year. At this time when I re-enter Thailand should I state on my TM.6 my permanent address, i.e. my wife's address, or my current temporary address? koolbreez
What address did you use on your last 90 day? That will be the most recent one they have in their computer system, and anything different could raise questions. InsidiousReaction
I recently actioned a visa run and used my temporary address so therefore I will continue to use this.
