I use Joe Krebs in Chiang Mai to do my US taxes. I have never met him, but he has a phone and computer -- do you? CarlTyson
A lawyer named Rooney was working for tax plan a few years ago. FYI. I did my tax returns online with Turbo Tax last year. Easy.

Langsuan Man
So long as you didn't make over $250,000 ($500,000) profit on the sale you can just efile or use Turbo Tax or Tax Act You normally can exclude up to $250,000 of the gain from your income ($500,000 on a joint return). This excluded gain is also not subject to the new Net Investment Income Tax, which is effective in 2013. source: http://www.irs.gov/uac/Newsroom/Ten-Tax-Tip-for-Individuals-Selling-Their-Home
