Yes but I wanted someone here not Bangkok. I'll make the trip if I need to though.

I use Joe Krebs in Chiang Mai to do my US taxes. I have never met him, but he has a phone and computer -- do you?

He has a phone but I would suggest not to call him as he is hearing disabled.

So long as you didn't make over $250,000 ($500,000) profit on the sale you can just efile or use Turbo Tax or Tax Act

You normally can exclude up to $250,000 of the gain from your income ($500,000 on a joint return). This excluded gain is also not subject to the new Net Investment Income Tax, which is effective in 2013.
