Next year i plan to visit Argentina.

I was thinking to apply for either a double entry tourist visa (if possible), or (if possible) a B visa.

I would have all the relevant documentation for the B visa (in English), but no work permit. Would anyone know if that is possible in Argentina?

Alterternatively i would consider applying for a tourist visa. Does anyone know if double entry TV's are possible there?

(Also, from looking online, i believe that there are no other consulates in Argentina, only the capital. If anyone knows different, please could you let me know too.)
