I read somewhere recently that Ford is going to be globalizing their styling language so that the Ranger and Everest will share that look, borrowed from the US models I guess. There's even a big push from consumers in the US to have the Ranger return to the US market, though I guess it's gotten too big for that, as I also think I read it was now 90% the size of the F-150?

The F-150 is almost 20cm wider, 13cm higher, and up to 1 whole meter longer - and it's around 200KG lighter than the Ranger due to it's aluminum body.

The current model is a better looking package.

And whats with Ford using alloy wheels off an old model Aussie Foulcan?
