CAT Internet-Southern Phuket-Problems?

Posting this here rather than the Internet forum because perhaps the problems are local.

I have been using CAT (wireless modem) in Nai Harn for several years. Has been pretty reliable and so-so fast.

But, for the past two weeks the service has been very, very slow and the internet drops often, especially after 5:00 pm.

Any others experiencing similar issues with CAT?

And possible suggestions for improvement.
