I want to start making Kefir at home. USed to buy in Chiang Mai already made 60 bht a pop. But having moved to leave to Phayao I'm out of luck here.

I'm willing to travel to CR to pick them up or maybe even Chiang Mai. Does anyone have any Kefir grains that is willing to share/sell ? Do they go bad quickly or not in terms of transportation?.
