Russian survives deadly car plunge from cliff in Phuket

A police officer at the scene said he Mr Onoprienov was bleeding from his nose and ears and was unable to communicate.

My apologies for an inappropriate post about a serious situation.

But I can't help but wonder if they tried communicating in Russian, or just in Thai or English?

All the police need to do is go on YouTube to see how Russians drive. If they do that they will find plenty of clues. Incidentally that slope looks very sandy and a car with summer tyres or street tyres will have a lot of difficulty in getting any grip.

I do hope that the car was salvaged and put into freshwater ASAP as otherwise the salt corrosion will make it a total loss not even useful for spare parts,
