Hmm................ I'm trying to come up with a suitable welcome for Patsycat and frankly all I can say is .... welcome to the race. I guess I just don't understand what all this is about.

I think you'll find most of the posters here come from countries where life centers around "pub culture". You know, three generations all down to the pub getting their drink on and grousing about why other people seem to always end up with everything and not them. Everything's skewed in their world. You can be a "good family man" by not marrying the mother of your children or putting a roof over their heads. They think the General Forum is for anything that happens to pop in their head at the moment. Posting You Tube videos is on a par with thoughtful, helpful posters. As in your case they repeatedly acuse you of saying things you never said. They don't have to be right, because this is as good as life ever gets for them.

Anyway Nancy, you're damaged goods. Awfully decent of Jingthing to have nominated you but now its time to withdraw and do the right thing and release your voters to vote for Jingthing.

No thanks, i have a habit of not cherry coating it and would get impeached within 4 hours of taking office. Case in point this whole POY nonsense. Should have been binned as soon as it was started for too many reasons to list here. If anyone should get an extra star it should be a few mods like (and ex Mods) like Sheryl, Joe, and a few others that hand out good advice day in and day out and only have a "I babysit in front of TV" t-shirt to show for it.
