So the house is in Chiang Mai , its for sale by the owner for 5.5m.

But heres the twist ,

Its owned by a Thai women , and she comes with the house for 1 year!

On FB she even includes some photos of herself , there quite informative as to what she means and what she will provide during this year. :-)

Pretty outside the box marketing but what a great idea ;-)

Unless her offer was to not watch tv all day, not interested.
