Hello, it would be great if someone could help me with following questions:

1. Is a foreigner allowed to own a licensed real estate company in Thailand?

2. Is a real estate company in Thailand allowed to employ a foreigner as real estate agent/broker?

3. Which jobs can a foreigner perform in a Thai real estate company? i.e. Managing director, consultant, cfo?

1: Yes I think you can.

Only with a Foreign Business License or under the Amity Treaty ( if you are an American)

no

3. Which jobs can a foreigner perform in a Thai real estate company? i.e. Managing director, consultant, cfo?

Anything but "sales related" in the title.
