I have had a Non Imm "B" and work permit for about 13 Years with the same company. We are now closing the company and I will be handing in my work permit etc. Is it possible to transfer from Non Imm B to a Marriage Visa at Immigration.

When your job ends and you go to immigration to cancel your permisison to stay based on working and at that time you simply apply for a new extension of stay. Now you fill in as reason "to stay with my wife" instead of "working" on the application form and submit all required docuents to go with the extension based on your marriage.

Yo do not actually change the visa, just the reason for your stay.
