Does anybody know about this? Before you consider shipping anything via companies such as UPS you may or may not know that on arrival at Thai customs UPS will pay whatever duty is demanded of them and hand the bill straight to you, end of story, whether or not there is any legitimate reasoning behind the bill you will have no recourse to reason, just pay up.
