Has anyone experienced problems with ilikeHD. I have signed up and paid 50 baht for 5 hours live tv and when I try and get the live channels working I get a message that these channels are not in my active package. It clearly states it is a 5 hour package and when I message ilikeHDtv they tell me I need to buy a package as all I have done is buy 50 points. If I pay around 350 baht for a package what is the point in paying 50 baht for 50 points. Do I need to use a different browser, I did install Adobe Air as I thought as it was in the download section that it was needed but that made no difference.Thanks in advance.

All you have done is purchase the points to enable you to pick a package from the selection. As you have purchased only 50 points you can select any of the packages

(ie English language at 350 points) however you will only receive 50 points worth of that package which I think is about 5 hours. Hope this helps....

It's a multi step process:-

1. Buy the points
2. Start the ilike application (you need to get if from their website)
3. choose the package you want
4. watch
