If you mean 90 day reporting of your address:

- passport

- arrival card

- maybe proof of address

Answer : In case of notifying in person or made by agent, documents required are as follows;

The alien’s passport ( original )

Completed form of notification (TM.47) signed by the owner of passport

The latest receipt of notification ( if any)

AFAIK you can also still do 90 day reports at Imperial World, Latphao or Major Hollywood Suksawat if they are easier.

Imperial world Lad Phrao and Major Hollywood Suksawat are the best places to do your 90 day report. Reports of doing them in 10 minutes or less.

I was just reading that these 2 other offices only service Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia , has anyone done their 90 day reporting here ???

You can do them there. Many people have done them there. They are the ones that reported of doing them in 10 minutes or less.

Only 90 day address reporting is available for those not of the three nations. For Latphao my last visit was about 9 weeks ago and you got queue ticket at entry door as there is a special queue window for only those of other nations doing this.
