Could you please inform me what is the procedure for a Cuban citizen living in Cuba, to get a Thai visa for tourism for a period of 30-60 days only?

Just for tourism and then fly back to Cuba.

I tried to find info online but I got really confused. If someone could help me pls.

There is no Thai embassy in Cuba. Cubans will need to contact the embassy in Mexico as below

A visit perhaps but not for getting a visa for Thailand. Cuba is on the list of countries that can only get them in their home country or at an embassy designated for issuing them for that country if there is no embassy in that country.
