You most likely made a visa exempt entry. Yes, you can extend your permission to stay, 1900 Baht.

There is no 30 day tourist visa entry. You must mean a 30 day visa exempt entry.

There is no visa office in Jomtien. There is an immigration office where you can apply for a 30 day extension of your visa exempt entry.

If possible I suggest you use another office because there have been reports of them asking for a fee more than the 1900 baht official fee and telling people to go on the very last day they can extend it.

I have been here nearly 2 years I am now on my second tourist visa is that still ok

You are not on a tourist visa. You will not have a problem getting the extension.

I have had triple entry before and I paid a long over stay before it all went strict before the triple entry
