90 day report question.

Featured Replies

Hi, first time doing a 90 day report. Due a month from now. What do i need to present to immigration when i go? What kind of address do i provide?

Any help would be great

Thanks

You need your passport with the departure card and the slip for 90 day report.

A TM47 form filled in.

What else? Depends on immigration office.

Some don't require anything else these days.

Sometimes copies are required of:

passport main page plus page with visa/departure card/permission to stay stamp,

Usually proof of address is not required for 90 day report.

If required: rental contract, utility bill in your name or signed copies of your Thai wifes documents (ID card , housebook) if you live in her house.

There is a wide variation of the procedure depending on the immigration.

It is/was required at Jomtien. As you say, it depends on the office and even then they are not consistent. I have done reports at Jomtien when they wanted it and other times when they wanted nothing other than the passport.

I haven't been asked for proof of address when doing annual extension and other people say they were asked for it.
