Good cheese substitute, like nutritional yeast

I'm trying to lay off the cheese because of the high saturated fat and other health negatives. Nutritional yeast is on my radar, I'm open to other cheese substitutes also. I'll be putting this on sandwiches and pizzas, so hopefully it melts.

Can anyone recommend a good brand (and store)? I have a Big C and Foodland next to me.

there is low fat cheese but I never saw it in Thailand.

Would be all the nutritional value of cheese minus the fat.
