I need some recommendations for house cleaning services in Pattaya area - need them to come in 1 time and wipe completely before renting the place out.

What is the going rate for cleaning a house ?

Suggested calculation for here in the USA. Merry maids used to clean my small 2 BR 2 BA place for 60 bucks. So for a bigger place Say, 100 USD. ~3000 Thai baht?

This is Thailand , not the US. I normally pay 250 baht for a maid to clean a small condo . So I think 1000 baht would be more correct for a house.
