Hello. Just wondering if anyone could help me. I am filling out my non o multi application form to take to Savanhaket.

1. For " present address (Lao P. D. R)" should i just leave this blank as i am only visiting for the visa.

2. For " permanent address" should i put Thai or Uk address as i spend time pretty evenly at both.

3. Also for the name and address of guarantors in Laos and Thailand, could i just leave them blank or maybe put my wife's name and address for Thai one.

Asking a few questions i know, but don't want to spend too much time reapplying if the info is wrong. Much appreciated ☺

3. Laos blank. Thai either self or your wife's name.
