How can you expect that people respect the Thai people and culture if Thailand is constantly attacking foreigners on all kind of behaviors and doings which Thai are doing the same.. Besides that Thailand is soo very conservative and brainwashed that everything that is not according to their thoughts is wrong and will be condemned.. An easy example is if a foreigner is peeing somewhere because of lack of toilets , Thai people jump up.. but drive on a highway and see how many Thai truckdriver are doing the same , but that is ok.. If you want a tourist destination you should be openminded and accept that different people will not follow always the very conservative ideas the Thai have..If you wnat to preserve the Thai culture, close the borders and no more tourists in, would that be better?? -

Look, you invite 40 million tourists into your country in a desperate bid for their cash and you're going to have some delinquents, you're going to have some that misbehave, you're going to have some lowlifes. If you want to avoid that you put some qualifications on the visa process. Otherwise, just deal with it and stop the moaning. -
