Non-o visa, 3 week extension?

Hi,

I (36), have a single entry 90 day non-o marriage visa from Switzerland. I would like to extend for 3 weeks.

Is this a easy process? Do i need to report in before requesting a extension?

If he was issued a non-Imm O because he has a Thai spouse, that would seem to imply he has a Thai family member.

2.24 In the case of visiting a spouse or children who are of Thai nationality:
Each permission shall be granted for no more than 60 days.

1. Application form.
2. Copy of applicant’s passport.
3. Copy of household registration certificate.
4. Copy of national ID card of the person having Thai nationality.
5. Copy of a marriage certificate or copy of a birth certificate.

Found out Hua Hin has its own immigration office as I had to get a form there today for my drivers licence.

T.M 7 is the application form for all extensions.

Print both sides on one piece of paper.

My non-o visa was for 90 days originally but i will extend it for a few weeks.

No need to do a 90 day report because the extension application is considered as doing one.
