Contact Ameritrade, they'll tell you how to do it
Ameritrade is only one half of the equation. They accept inward remittances from any account anywhere in the world.

Thailand has restrictions on the amount of money being transferred abroad. Ask your Thai bank about the procedure regarding the amount you wish to transfer. Expect to have to fill out some forms.

Also remember that Ameritrade only accepts wires from account in your name to account(with them) in your name.

Maestro have another point but as long as you can prove that the money is legally earned (typically work-permit+salary slips/contract) it should not be an issue besides the forms you will need to fill out.

Cheers!
