I need a tv engineer who can set up internet tv I have 20 mb but the picture is not stable in and out any help would be grateful

What you want is a network engineer, or more realistically, somebody with some competence in networking, and possibly Internet-tv. Don't watch TV over the Internet myself, but would suggest you repost in the thaivisa Internet-forum with some more details (e.g., what Internet tv? Streaming from where? 20Mb from who?). You are likely to get more helpful answers there, as this is probably not a Chiang Mai specific problem.

As already stated, a "TV Engineer" is someone who works in the Television Broadcasting Business. I doubt that's what you want.

Suggest you open a new topic in the ThaiVisa Internet Computers Communications Technology forum, with an accurate topic title.

If you "Need help with streaming video", or "iptv" then please use those terms in your new topic title there.

Do you have an Broadband Internet connection, what type (3G, Cable, dsl, fiber optic, wireless point-to-point, etc) ?

Are you using a PC, notebook, iOS or Android device?

What are you trying to stream, and from where?

What prior experience to you have doing what you are trying to do?

All these should go into your first post.

Contact your Internet / Computer guy if you have one, he should be able to put you on the right track.
