Not entirely Thai related, but...

9 people are facing imminent execution in Indonesia for drug trafficking.. Including 2 Australians..

Mate, my greatest fear for my 4 year old is getting involved with drugs. I just fear it.

Hey, I smoked a few bongs 30 years ago; just a few. But the stuff these days is really addictive and so readily available.

Nothing we say here will change their fate, but it is worth discussion..

I bought the subject up today with a friend, and his reply was "Well frock them". He has a young Thai/Aussie daughter and I have a young Thai/Aussie son so I can see where he is coming from. But as a parent, kids make mistakes..

Where you been?

This has been discussed for weeks after they lost their final appeal.

Kids took a shot at quick money in a country where the penalty for drugs is death...

What's to discuss?

I been Australia, thanks for asking.

This has been discussed for weeks, but not on TVF. Not to my knowledge anyway.

They took a punt and will be dead soon, yes I agree.

What's to discuss? Everything.

Thanks for your reply.

Sorry but anyone who deals in drugs is helping kill others and should be punished accordinly.

Thanks Bro..

The English woman who is also facing the death penalty. She has been tried and found guilty. Though some may not agree with the verdict or the decision, she is soon to be terminated also. I have no sympathy at all for any drug smugglers caught and found guilty. They know the risks - especially those from developed countries such as Australia and the U.K.

Drug users, that is a different matter. But these people are peddling death IMO.

Same as people who sell guns, or cars, or cigarettes, or fatty foods. Some people manage their addictions, some people can't drive safely
