Can anyone currently in Pattaya advise nice but budget Guest House on Soi 4 (or near)?? That have e-mail?

I have stayed in CK Terrace (Soi 4) 1-2 every years since @ 2008. Perfect for my needs and budget. But this year they don't respond to e-mails (3 X) for reserved rooms. Maybe changed owners, changed e-mail, out of business, who knows.

If not that how about Golden (or might be called Beach) on corner of Soi 6?

Or other, same area, same price range??

As I will arrive at 2-3:00 a.m.,(March 13) I hestitate to just show up.

Suggestions??

I used to stay in a series of bars on Soi 6 - only for a short time, you understand. Recent police activity has curtailed this activity unless the bar owner obtains a monthly permit costing 5000 baht.

Why not give them a call and see if they have any rooms available?

They even remembered the room number that I always request (or quickly for the first time looked at the emails sent 4 weeks ago).
