30 day extension to visa exempt

Featured Replies

Hi everyone.

Can someone tell me if a Filipino entering on a 30 day visa exempt is able to get a 30 day extension at Cheng Wattana or just a 7 day extension.

Thanks.

They should be able to get a 30 day extension since they get their entries under the visa exemption scheme.

I have not seen any reports saying they could not get one.

Thanks Joe.

What forms and photos etc does he need for this and, can he do it at the Chamchuri Square one stop shop?

He will need a completed TM7 form with an attached 4cm X 6cm photo. Download and print 2 sided. http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm7.pdf

Copies of his passport photo page, entry/permit to stay stamp and TM6 departure card.

It can only be done at Chaeng Wattana.
