I am a foreigner working in Thailand on a NON-B visa, and have recently received 1 year extension at Bangkok immigration.

My wife and baby need to get the non-o visa based on being my dependent.

We will go to singapore to apply for the visas.

Can somebody please confirm what documents she and the baby require?

I saw that same documents as for applying for non-b are required.

Do they need to be certified by Revenue Department in Bangkok and by Social Security (like they need to be for nom-b xtension at Chaengwattana) or just photocopies are Ok?

The baby both has own passport and also on mother passport. Whats best way for baby to get visa also. As added children on mom visa, or own visa on own passport?

Would we need 2 sets of documents?

Thank you in advance.

To get the non-o visas as your dependents all that is needed is your marriage certificate your child's birth certificate and copies of your passport photo page and extension of stay stamp. The marriage and birth certificates must be in English or translated to Thai.

You child needs to get the visa in their passport.

In my option you have not chosen the best place to apply for the visas. The embassy in Singapore is unpredictable on their requirements. I suggest you contact them to confirm what is needed since it is not shown ot their website. http://www.thaiembassy.sg/contact-us
