I have just read this thread that says if you have a work permit and paid 3 months of tax you can get a work permit for a nanny (Pilipino) is this till an applicable situation or has the law changed....i am employed with a work permit and pay 50k a year tax....

Any help or suggestion would be appreciated in how to get her a wp as I don't have a company myself.....I'm employed with a wp from another company.

That is dated 2006 and was done by Sunbelt. Not sure how it was done exactly or if it is still possible.

It think they were getting the work permit through a company.

You could contact them about it.
