When I registered my motorcycle last year I have to provide a "residence'letter from the immigration office here in Pattaya.

The registration needs renewing shortly. I have changed addresses here in Pattaya since the initial registration.

Do I have to provide a new letter of residence from immigration to renew the registration ?

you should need to show a new one that reflects the dates in your passport <should also reflect your address>

Your old one would have had applicable dates on it.
