My friend who's on a B visa is changing to O and telling me I should do the same for security purpose ( Im married have a child and a 30year mortgage so I want to stay in thailand) Ubon joe and Mario would you advice me to do the same? If you have a work permit and have been working for enough years you can try for permanent residency, the start date for applications is usually in December.
