2 Questions, could somebody tell me the nearest skytrain and M.R.T.stations to the embassy? 2. I am on an age pension and consequently a retirement visa. What paperwork must I produce to receive an official letter from them of my pension amount? thanks in advance for any replies

No documents are needed, the embassy does a statutory declaration. Their website should have more information.

The nearest BTS is Sala Deng then a walk or taxi. The nearest MRT is Lumphini then a walk or taxi. I have done both and the walks are about 10 minutes. Check google maps for direction.

At the embassy you have to complete a Statutory Declaration stating what you income is. The embassy does not require proof of what you are stating. On the stat dec state what your monthly income is as that is what Thai Immigration want to know. Thai immigration may want to see proof.
