Print off Visa Application form?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, Need to sort out my visa stuff again in a few days. Are the forms available online somewhere for printing? I'd like to get everything completed before traveling to make sure it all goes smoothly.

Check the embassy or consulate website where you will be applying for the visa. Most have them available for download. Look here for links to embassy and consulate websites. http://www.thaiembassy.org/main/

Downloads for nearby locations are here: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/631223-immigration-templates/?p=6550777#entry6550777

Ran into problem with printed form at Phuket immigration. The one I downloaded was "incorrect" and "a copy" ended up using theirs as they would accept the one from TV downloads.

The one available for download on here is the same one that is shown on the Penang website. It is the standard generic form from the MFA website.

When I applied for my first O-A visa from the New York Consulate they were quite miffed that I used the forms from the Thai Embassy web site

N.Y. did issue the visa but put a note inside the return envelope with the passport requesting that next time I download and submit the forms from their web site

The question is if you are really applying for a visa at a consulate abroad or applying for an extension of stay at immirgation in Thailand.

The visa forms are sometimes different and best downlaoded from the embassy/consulate in question.

If you apply for an extension of stay, they can be downloaded from immigration: http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/en/base.php?page=download

Download tm7 form for an extension.

Not arguing just stating my experience with Phuket immigration.

Which "visa" was being applied for at Phuket Immigration?

That office does not issue "visas"!
