Mario2008 Posted March 16, 2015 Share Posted March 16, 2015 The question is if you are really applying for a visa at a consulate abroad or applying for an extension of stay at immirgation in Thailand. The visa forms are sometimes different and best downlaoded from the embassy/consulate in question. If you apply for an extension of stay, they can be downloaded from immigration: http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/en/base.php?page=download Download tm7 form for an extension.
