honda99 Posted March 15, 2015 Share Posted March 15, 2015 been to thailand lots of times and lived in pattaya for a 2 year spell but that was over 5 years ago, working in the uk month on month off so looking to find a place not to expensive to rent when i come back on my time off as going home to ireland has ran it's course, i will be there for 5-6 months of the year but looking to rent a place for the full 12 months and will pay up front for the year. 5-7000 baht a month Any ideas?? On the ground floor of Nirun (first floor for American forum members), there are several real estate agents that have ads in their shop windows offering apartments for rent. At 9 Karat Condo, inquire at the main office. The building managers are agents for quite a number of rental apartment owners.
