Featured Replies

Everytime I want to go to any of my internet accounts or Thaivisa, I have to sign in.

That is despite me ticking the 'keep signed in' boxes as I'm the only user of my computer.

Anyone help please?

What browser are you using

Firefox.

Suggest using Chrome Browser - it's the easiest to change settings...IMO!

Open Chrome

Go to Settings

Click "Show Advanced Settings"

Under Privacy, click "Content Settings" Button

Make sure "Allow Local Data to be set" is ticked

Press "Finished" to close Content Settings

Then under Passwords and Forms tick "Offer to save your web passwords"

Close the settings tab, close Chrome

Re-open Chrome and try again.

Firefox is Hopeless. As per above advice, use Chrome. Good Luck!

I'm on Firefox and stay signed in to TV which works fine. However FF has a habit of losing other programs passwords,i've given up trying to rectify this annoying bug!

Can you try Chrome?

I have now tried chrome and the problem seems now to be solved, I have never liked chrome as it has given me a lot of problems in the past.

So now it's Firefox that's the problem. Thanks for your help.

Are cookies enabled?

Problem solved now thanks.

With Chrome your passwords are stored in 'their' cloud, so you can use any device and your passwords will still be there. Even if you have not used a device before.

Correct - as long as you sign in to the device using the same credentials, your settings follow you. So for example, if you have Chrome on a PC and buy an Android device, once you log in, it's (mostly!) all there.

Good for convenience, possibly bad if you're concerned about privacy.... but that's another conversation!
