Laos now using one page visas

Featured Replies

Not sure if it's been noted but on my 90 day visa run into Laos via Nong Kai yesterday, instead of the normal small stamp they used a whole page visa (like Cambodia).

Wasn't expecting it and bit of a pain as only 4 pages left.

Just a warning to some who perhaps are down to less pages and about to do a run.

I have a Lao visa on arrival sticker from over 7 years ago in my old passport.

I have a few stickers in my passport, too.

I think the Laos visa has always been a whole page. Both of my trips there I got a full page sticker. Stamped in and out on another page.

Used 'em with me 8 years ago......sad.png

past 10 years has always been a 1 page sticker an 2 stamps ( one entry, one exit)

Same Same --- 12 years that I know of at the Friendship Bridge - Nong Khai

OP can you post a pic of your Laos visa that is not a full page sticker ?

Hmm... My last passport had several. The oldest being about 5 years ago and it was a full page visa as well. I don't think this is anything new.

Some nationallties get visa exemption entry with only a small stamp (like the Swiss).

What nationality are you?
