I filled in the online form using Internet Explorer, entered the CAPTCHA numbers (verified) and am getting a pop-up message that says for further information please contact the office in your immigration area.

Anyone experienced this? Any ideas about what to do?

Today is 15 days before the 90-day date on 4 April.

Despite it appearing to be available, it's not really working yet. Many people have reported the same results as you. Some have gotten a little further through the process, but none has successfully received a receipt, as far as I know.

Your options at the moment are to file in person, or if your immigration office allows it (many do, some don't) file by mail.

Hopefully, the online filing option will eventually be in a working state. Presumably there will be some sort of official announcement or you can check back here on TV and read about successful reports from people (i.e., people who have received receipts).
