Man shot dead outside Beauty Salon in Central Pattaya



PATTAYA: -- In the early hours of Sunday, a 31 year old man was gunned-down outside of a Beauty Salon situated underneath his rented apartment.

The incident occurred outside of the Pacha Beauty Salon in Soi 21 off Pattaya Third Road and caused the death of Khun Wachirawit, who lived in a 3rd floor apartment above the Salon.

CCTV from a Hotel opposite showed the victim arrive on his motorbike and as he dismounted his vehicle, two other motorbikes carrying a total of four people, arrived and one of the men shot at the victim multiple times. One of the shots penetrated his back and he fell to the ground and died shortly after.

The victim’s Mother and Step-Father arrived and confirmed the dead man was their son. Earlier in the night he had called his Mother and asked for advice about complaining to Police about a suspected drug dealer and who he could trust to help him.

The top guys cant survive if there is no one to sell for them. Getting the smaller people, as you say, is insignificant on their own but when they get enough of them the effect is felt right to the top

They can arrest many small and big dealers, but that they can't arrest all the consumers. Result, trade continues. Lesson from some 100 countries in the last 100 years.
