Hello.

This is my first time using Thaivisa so i may be a little confused at writing.

My cat, 9yrs/female/given birth once long time ago, needs to go to see vet but i wonder if anyone knows something about Chula animal hospital. I heard that the quality is good also the price is cheaper than any other vet in Bangkok. I tried to search on internet but there are not enough infos..

the problem with my cat is that i felt a lump near her nipple. I hope there would be some replies since this is very serious for me.. I know it is long to read but please help. Thank you

I have been taking my dog dog for years.

Doctors are great, and it is pretty cheap, but it is a pretty good PITA.

Not worth it for easy stuff, but if it is something serious, they're great.

I have used the Chula Small Animal Hospital a couple of times.

Frankly I would use a vet that is more local to my house in BKK unless my vet suggested I needed someone else.

BTW -we had to take one of our dogs to the vet (again) on Saturday and she had to have emergency surgery on Sunday.

X-rays, IV, blood tests etc on Saturday. Emergency surgery to remove her ovaries etc on Sunday.

This was upcountry at the best veterinary hospital in the province. The vet opened up to do the surgery on the one day a week he is closed.

Total bill for everything's including aftercare was less than 4k THB.
