I applied for change of visa from Tourist to Non O and suppose to pick up visa today. My question is can I pick up tomorrow or do I have to go pick up today. It's raining cats and dogs right now and I try to avoid driving if I can.

You can pick ti up tomorrow. Being one or two days late will not be a problem..
