1/ Do you know how long this problem of human trafficking has existed?

2/ Did it just start in May last year?

3/ What remedial action was taken by other Thai governments, if any, and was it enforced?

Great logic: it's been going on for years and previous governments didn't do enough so let's not comment on the current government's 'efforts'.
