I had to contact Flash Express recently due to a delivery problem with a Temu order. It was literaly impossible to contact anyone to resolve the problem. No phones answered, not possible to contact them by email or message. It was not a language problem, there was simply no customer service. It was kind of like attempting to contact Air Asia for help. It is all good until it isn't. -
