If she is pregnant already or trying to become pregnant that is hardly an unexpected event.

So the answer is no, just as you can't insure a house that is on fire already.

It's usually not expensive when you go to the local hospital. Anyway, also the good doctors usually work there.

You might pay a little more to visit them at their clinic a few times, but the best way to prepare for the day.

And if you know a nurse, there're always ways to "find" a cheap VIP room.
