What is the non-o based upon?

If marriage or being the parent of a Thai a 60 day extension to visit them is possible.

Otherwise there is no extension possible other than 7 days.

Marriage Ubonjoe.......for extension what document should provide?

Your wife will need to go with you when you apply.

You will need your marriage certificate plus a copy, copies of your wife's house book registry and ID card,

You may also be asked for proof of residence unless you are staying where your wife's house book is for,

You also need copies of your passport pages and TM6 departure card.

You will need a completed TM7 application form.
