Today I got an email direct from Villa Mart, which some may find interesting

Thank you for contacting Villa Market.

You are able to use your points in 2 ways:

• Convert to Cash Discount
  • 500 points = THB 100
  • Points can be converted at our cashier station when shopping so that you can get the discount at any time.
• Convert to Royal Orchard Plus Air Miles
  • 4 Vplus points = 1 ROP mile
  • Just let us know your ROP member number and how many points you would like to convert.

We have checked your points balance and it currently stands at xxxx.

Points are valid for the 2 years following the year in which they were earned so points earned in Jan 2015 will expire on 31st December 2017.
