You are able to use your points in 2 ways: Convert to Cash Discount500 points = THB 100 Points can be converted at our cashier station when shopping so that you can get the discount at any time. Convert to Royal Orchard Plus Air Miles4 Vplus points = 1 ROP mile Just let us know your ROP member number and how many points you would like to convert. We have checked your points balance and it currently stands at xxxx. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions?
