Metal Guitarist looking for Drummer to Jam with in Chiang Mai

Hi guys! I just moved to Chiang Mai and am looking for other musicians to play with. Specifically if there are any drummers out there, I would love to rent out a practice room and play sometime. I play an Ibanez RG and listen to bands like Mastodon, Pantera, and Lamb of God.

If you are a bassist, guitarist, vocalist or drummer, send me a message and we can get together sometime to make the walls shake.

I just wanted to clarify that I am willing to play with any type of drummer or musician. I listed bands like Mastodon, Lamb of God, and Pantera because they are my favourites and describe what my musical tastes are, but I would love to play with anybody, any time. So if your musical tastes are a little bit different, but you are up for playing, shoot me a message!!

Hi, pop into Boy's Blues Bar on a Monday night (it's in the nightmarket, upstairs). They have an open mic session and all musicians (even drummers! wink.png ) are welcome. Also a good way to make intorductions and contacts.

I should have also mentioned Papa Rock who have an open mic and jam session (with curry!) on a Thursday night. Nicky Scott (owner / muso) is a real nice guy and is always encouraging muso's to come along. It's close to the Big C intersection at Hang Dong

Check this URL out which also has the address: https://www.facebook.com/events/1411911359126191/

Also, this is a useful site and there's a good jam this Sunday at "the Pub" opposite Maya department store (close to Nimmanhaemin) https://www.facebook.com/groups/249192401958075/

Hope this helps...

Hi Xavier,

I don't know if you're still in Chiangmai Mai and interested to play some music.

I'm Yako from Spain and I'm learning drums.

I'm just to go to a practice room every day so if anybody wants to come you are welcome.

I like, rock crust punk d-beat dis stoner doom. whatever!!

It's bit boring to play alone, so guitarist, bass players welcome!

Best!

Thank you theSiemReaper,

But I think I'm not prepared to play with a band.

I'm just looking to share the practice room with who wants to jam an hour or more and have a noise time playing.

Anyway,I'll go there and wait if someone wants to!

Best!
