I am going to be spending some time this fall in Thailand, and would like to become more familiar with how to price train trips in and out of the country.

As an example: what is the cost of a RT train from BKK to Khatmandu? One way? BKK to Hong Kong?

I am much more interested in seeing the country than in flying over it, so I am not going to be doing much flying on these trips unless it is insanely time consuming. I have lots and lots of time.

Any suggestions for web sites?
