Chinese Couple prevent bag snatch in North Pattaya



PATTAYA: -- An attempted bag snatch took place in North Pattaya on Thursday Night and was not successful due to the victims fighting back and preventing the bag from being stolen.

Police were called to Soi Burana in North Pattaya, a location which is quickly becoming a favorite for bag snatchers, and met with Miss Rong Danyi aged 33 and Mr. Charlie Wang aged 48 who are staying at a Hotel in the area.

They were walking back to their Hotel when 4 men on 2 motorbikes, pulled up beside them and one of the men attempted to snatch Miss Danyi’s shoulder-bag.

If Soi Banana is becoming a fav. place for bag snatchers why don't the BIB cruise around there on patrol. They do go out at night in Pattaya I suppose or do they stop work as the sun goes down. Do in my town but then there are no bag snatchers here.

Come down soi Phettrakun, at the back of Big C North, heading towards North Rd.

It is the 1st right turn after Big C at the furniture store, then there is a left turn which heads back towards North Rd,

It comes out at Fascinos Pharmacy.
